We aim to ship items timely. It takes 1-3 business days to prepare your order. We do not ship to PO Box addresses and upon delivery signature may be required. We do not ship orders on weekend and on public holidays.

Free Standard Shipping

All orders qualify for FREE standard shipping to the contiguous United States.

Order ships within 2 - 3 business days

Expedited Shipping

$12.99 will be charged for expedite shipping and order ships within 1 - 2 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA Territories  

ecome.shop ship orders nationwide across the contiguous states, we also accept orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories are subject to charge as per shipping cost calculated by the carrier. Final shipping fee will be calculated at the time of checkout on ecome.shop. In any case of returning item from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories the shipping fee would not be credited back.

Pickups   

We do not offer pickup facilities.

Return & Exchange Policy

ecome.shop offers 30 days hassle less and easy return policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we recommend you to contact our customer service team before opening up a return request.

Eligibility Criteria

All returns are eligible to return within 30 days of the shipping date. Please read all conditions before returning the item. ecome.shop reserves rights to refuse return or charge minimum 15% of restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, must not be used. Returning items back in original packaging and along with all documents is must. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Once your return request is approved you will receive the instructions to return via email. After initiating return request, you must return your item within 5 days else your return would be voided and you would not be eligible to open another return request. All returned items must be in the same condition, should packed in original packaging with all included accessories. If condition differs or items are incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of minimum 15%. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of your order. To authenticate pictures are required.

All working returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items are verified with serial numbers, If you returned a different item we reserve rights to cancel your return and not initiate a refund.

Exchange or Replacement

Based on our customer’s needs and our policies our team can exchange or replace your order. Replacement and exchange process takes upto 5 business days.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect returned item we initiate refund within 48 hours. Please allow 4-6 business days to process refund back in your credit card or bank.

We refund original order value only, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
